The covering up of the Child pornography case Zandvoort

'I just woke up.  Yesterday, March 16, 2010, I visited Marcel Vervloesem of our association in the prison of Turnhout. I was together with Prinsess J. de Croÿ, who is vice-president of our association.

Marcel is seriously ill. He has cancer, a heart disease, kidney problems, is diabetic, was more than 20 times urgentlyhospitalized and underwent more than 20 times a surgical operation. He is now 20 months locked up. For 50 days he was completely isolated from the outside world.

They want to silence him about the child pornography case Zandvoort with 90,000 victims. He was just over 1,5 months locked up in the prisons of Saint-Gilles and Hasselt. Although I know him during 20 years and I visited him almost during 2 years in prison, I couldn't see him in the prison of Saint-Gilles. They claimed that I "needed a proof of morality" (but I have no criminal record). Even Princess de Croÿ couldn't see him for the same reason (she too has no criminal record). In the prison of Hasselt they promised 5 times that Marcel would be retransferred to to prison of Turnhout. But they lied 5 times and the Belgian Minister of Justice who want to cover up the child pornography case Zandvoort, knew that.

I am going back to sleep now. Over the past years I worked until 3 and 4 hours at night to liberate Marcel from prison'.

'I hope that the Belgian King and the members of the royal palace, they will sleep better than me.

In 1998, Marcel Vervloesem, in the name of our association (Werkgroep Morkhoven), transferred 7 childporn CD ROMs from the child pornography case Zandvoort, to the Royal Palace. The Royal Palace let us kindly know that the CD-ROMs were transferred to the Attorney-General of the court in Antwerp for judicial investigation. In 2008 Marcel Vervloesem and the High Council of Justice noted that the CD-ROMs (and the exculpatory evidence from the criminal file of Marcel Vervloesem) were disappeared. The King and the Royal Palace were informed. The Government and the Minister(s) of Justice were contacted. But it remained silent about the disappearances. And Marcel Vervloesem was soon imprisoned.

The judicial authorities have done everything to stop the contact between Marcel Vervloesem with our association. They isolated and tortured him, robbed him his medication. They hostaged him, as a professional terrorist group that would do. During 20 years, they do everything to criminalize him and our association. If they would release him alive, he may (as was sencented in 2006) have no contact with the press. Marcel who is still member of the direction board of our association, may no longer fight with our association against child pornography.
